Led by Ms. Jeanette "Joie" Pangilinan, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and supported by Ms. Rowena K. Sanchez and Ms. Fae Nojeda, both Licensed Salespersons, we aim to serve our clients with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to quality.

Joie graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines 1998. Jeanette is an educator by heart. A community builder and an inspirational speaker through the faith she has been blessed with.

Joie is highly motivated, vision driven, resourceful, comfortable with leadership roles and responsibilities, dynamic, highly adaptable, hardworking and reliable. Good interpersonal and communication skills. A team player and exemplifies social media and networking expertise.

Rowena K. Sanchez is an experienced financial advisor with high regard for organization and time management, Rowena had a 7-year practice in the field of investment marketing for one of the country’s most prestigious insurance companies.

Started her career in the administrative position for a successful real estate developer company, she was able to rise to the executive assistant level. She has a high regard for communication, honesty and sincerity at work while performing many duties in her advocacies in the community and her devotion to her family.

Solutions oriented and negotiating professionally in achieving beneficial agreement, she openly accepted new challenges in the business field and joined LINK Philippines in August 2017 because she believes that business brokering promises a new career and perspective that can take the country’s corporate trade to a different level or suitable sales ethics and professionalism.

In February 1, 2020, she added KELLER WILLIAMS in her profile as Sales Associate, venturing in to real estate sales.

Fae Nojeda is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Metro Manila, Philippines specializing in Leasing properties. Markets, Shows properties and Provides information to prospective buyers and renters. Dedicated to help clients from conducting property tours to executing lease agreements.

Fae graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines 2022.
